Auditing
Most of the foreign companies before having industrial partnership or work cooperation in Iran or any other countries, would feel a need of assessment over the parties financial and capacities’ information as financial flow, financial capability and earning potential, investment power, investment capacity, rate of venturesomeness or other information. At this time, foreign companies would refer to us for following cases:
1- At the beginning of partnership:
At this time we will be asked for auditing of partner’s accounts for having some information to get a basic knowledge of the party’s financial flow, financial capability and earning potential, investment power, investment capacity, rate of venturousness of the joint work and may be more to be able to easily assess the date of favorable profitability and also overhead cost to reach that goal. It’s experienced after that we would have been asked to take control of accounts and auditing for drawing up financial statements and progress reports in two (English and Persian) languages for both parties.
2 – When the joint-work has already been happened and the contract between has already been signed too but afterwards they feel that the favorable profit has not been gained or reduced:
At that time we will be asked for the basis of auditing and work trend progress, capacities, cost price and so on assessment to find out the hurdles and with on time necessary consultation and advice, step for solving the problems to gain the favorable profit.
3 – When both parties feel that they need an auditor to control the accounts and having financial statements and reports in English or Persian or both:
At that time with the acquisition of both parties authorization for audit and supervision of accounts, we will take responsibility of controlling the accounts and will prepare required reports and financial statements in both languages for the parties and also will keep tax accounting and fill in declaration and drawing up books of original entry of the company if necessary
4 – When the foreign partner side needs to have a local and native person as a deputy to do all auditing, controlling, supervision, assessing and advising and also preparing and sending reports:
